• Free Plan: 2 free course generations per month
• Basic Plan: $8.99/month for 15 courses per month
• Pro Plan: $19.99/month for 50 courses per month
• Pay-per-course: $0.99 per individual course for non-subscribers

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of your account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights
• Create content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions and pay-per-course purchases:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All sales are final; refunds are provided at our sole discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscription policies:

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused course credits
• Course generation limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• Available 100% of the time without interruption
• Free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components
• Compatible with all devices and browsers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The courses generated by our AI system:

• Are created using artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies
• Should be reviewed and verified before use for educational purposes
• Are not a substitute for professional educational design or expert knowledge
• May reflect biases present in AI training data

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content.
